Care Data

The roll-out of NHS England’s patient data sharing scheme is to delayed until the autumn. This is to allow time for a clearer explanation of the scheme. You can read more about Care Data and if you would like to opt out of the scheme you will need to complete the opt-out form. Please return this to the surgery.  

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeats prescriptions can be requested by filling out our online form. First you will need to get a unique user name and password from Reception. For more details click here.

Booking Appointments

We have a team of specialist doctors and nurses at the practice. Please give a description of your symptoms to the receptionist so that we can help you more efficiently.

Welcome to The Bermuda and Marlowe Practice

Welcome to the Bermuda and Marlowe GP practice. We are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare to all our 14,000 patients. All our staff work in healthcare because we want to help people. 

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations, well-person check-ups and a travel clinic. 

In order to make sure that you see the right clinician each time our receptionists need to know whether you have an urgent medical problem or an ongoing condition. Please help us help you efficiently by answering all their questions. Anything you say is treated confidentially. 


The Practice will be changing its clinical system from SystemOne to EMIS within the next few months.  Additional information will be posted on the website and in the Practice duringthe next few weeks.


Care Quality Commission (CQC) Approved

The Bermuda and Marlowe Practice was accredited by the CQC in 2013. More details can be found by visiting the CQC site.  Following our recent inspection in July 2016 we were rated as Requires Improvement.  The full report is attached.
