When We Are Closed  DIAL 111

If you require urgent medical assisantce which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please dial 111.  Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

If you are calling from outside of the area, dial 01962 718697 - please note you will be charged when calling this number.

Dial 999 for life threatening emergencies.

 

NHS Direct will cease at the end of March 2013 (use the 111 number then).

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
