Doctors

Dr Paul Conley (m)
Partner BM MRCGP (Southampton 1980). Dr Conley originally took over the practice in 2005 and developed the current partnership in 2009. Dr Conley has interests in dematotology, minor surgery and practice finance.
Dr Jeffrey Stoker (m)
Partner MB ChB (Leeds 1994) FRCS (Glasgow 1999) MRCGP (London 2003). Dr Stoker joined the practice in 2008 and became a partner in 2009. As a qualified surgeon, Dr Stoker has been commissioned to perform vasectomies and he also undertakes other minor surgery procedures within the practice.
Dr Tom Jacobs (m)
Partner MD (Belgium 2001). Dr Jacobs has been working at the practice since 2011. He has special interests in teaching, travel and occupational medicine. 
Dr Fransiscus Berkelaar (m)
Partner MD (Rotterdam 1989). Dr Berkelaar joined the practice in 2013 and runs his own vasectomy clinic alongside Dr Stoker. 
Dr Harbans Mann (m)
MD (India 1983, DCH 1985). 
Dr Ayesha Chaudhry (f)
MB BS (Parkistan 2005).
Dr Naureen Akhtar (f)
Dr Akhtar joined the practice in June 2014.

Care Data

The roll-out of NHS England’s patient data sharing scheme is to delayed until the autumn. This is to allow time for a clearer explanation of the scheme. You can read more about Care Data and if you would like to opt out of the scheme you will need to complete the opt-out form. Please return this to the surgery.  

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeats prescriptions can be requested by filling out our online form. First you will need to get a unique user name and password from Reception. For more details click here.



Booking Appointments

We have a team of specialist doctors and nurses at the practice. Please give a description of your symptoms to the receptionist so that we can help you more efficiently. 


Cancelling Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment please remember to let us know by telephone or use the cancel form.
