There will be no GPs at this practice on the 4th October from 12:30 - 6:30pm due to CCG training requirements. If you feel unwell and it is urgent call 111, if it is life threatening call 999, or seek advice from a pharmacist.

Flu vaccination bookings now being taken.
Daytime, evening and Saturday appointments available and ‘walk in clinic’s. Please contact the surgery for more information or to make a booking. Please be advised that there are 2 vaccines this year, one for over 65 and one for under 65. The receptionist will require your age to book you into the correct clinic.

Care Data
The roll-out of NHS England’s patient data sharing scheme is to delayed until the autumn. This is to allow time for a clearer explanation of the scheme. You can read more about Care Data and if you would like to opt out of the scheme you will need to complete the opt-out form. Please return this to the surgery.  

Repeat Prescriptions
Repeats prescriptions can be requested by filling out our online form. First you will need to get a unique user name and password from Reception. For more details click here.

Cancelling Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment please remember to let us know by telephone or use the cancel form.  

Practice Management

The reception team are able to provide a high level of assistance and can deal with all of the following:

  • repeat prescriptions in writing. 
  • medical requests
  • appointments
  • relaying of results
  • sick note request
  • home visit request
  • telephone consultation request
  • passing on messages. 
Many of these requests can be handled quickly online by using the online forms found on the home page. You will need to get a unique user name and password from the receptionist before ordering repeat prescriptions online. 
The receptionists work closely with all the clinicians and recognise the importance of maintaining confidentiality. The receptionist can only provide medical information relating to the patient, not to any other person unless written persomission is provided or for children under 16.
